This years Regional convention pin has already got alot of people talking! 

This simple effective pin is based on how when a farmer sows his seed , he has to wait . He can not hurry and shows care . Some times patience may mean several years. I hope you like my design. 

Exercise patience , therefore  brothers ….Look! The farmer keeps waiting for the precious fruit of the earth, exercising patience over it until he gets the early rain and the late rain. You too exercise patience . James 5:7-8 

The pin is 2.5cmx2.5cm and has 2 green rubber backing .
